The Dashboard
A single screen to view deployment status
The dashboard provides customers with the ability to determine how their network is performing, if any sites are experiencing issues, or if ZeroOutages has any alerts for locations based on our circuit testing and scoring. When an alert is triggered the dashboard will be updated with an alert and the associated ticket number from the NOC team.
Edge Router Monitoring & Management
Quickly view device inventory and performance information
All of ZeroOutages edge routers are fully co-managed. This means that our customers can manage these routers themselves or request a ZeroOutages engineer to make any modifications and/or perform any testing as needed. ZeroOutages customers can manage all of their edge routers via the Sophos Central link accessible via the ZeroOutages Portal.
Satellite / Cellular Monitoring & Management
Easily access current usage and antenna stats
With full API integration into our carrier partners, ZeroOutages is able to provide real-time detailed information regarding network usage, uptime, latency, obstructions, signal quality, and much more via the ZeroOutages Portal. All of the customers antenna are listed on a single screen to make management simpler. Customers can further obtain usage and antenna stats over time, typically up to a year of data is collected. Customers can modify their plans via the portal, including adding pooled data, placing antenna on-demand, and updating contact information. ZeroOutages also provides fleet tracking services for customers with large vehicle deployments.
