ZO-Connect Services

ZO-Connect "Cloud Hub"

ZeroOutages ZO-Connect service provides a "cloud hub" for customers to connect various ZO-IP/FW sites togehter and/or connect remote workers, vendors, customers to office and data center resources. All connectivity is managed through ZeroOutages ORION secure cloud and remote access is provided via AES encrypted tunnels to ensure end-to-end data protection.

The ZO-Connect "cloud hub" is designed from the ground up to be both reliable and scalable. Each of our data centers are minimum Tier-II and most are Tier-III depending on global location. All ZO-Connect systems run on virtual instances which are fully redundant, additionally each ZO-Connect system configuration is backed up daily for fast recovery in the event of a complete zone failure.

Additional services provided by the ZO-Connect include:

Remote Access - ZeroOutages utilizes either our HTML5 based web browser remote access solution, or small footprint OpenVPN client to deliver remote access for our customers. The SSL-based HTML5 remote access solution is easy to rollout and required no client installation (but has some access limiations). The small footprint OpenVPN client is an open source, but highly secure, and widely available platform. OpenVPN clients are available for Microsoft Windows, Apple MAC, Linux, as well as both Apple and Andriod smartphones. Remote users can utilize either of these options to connect back to the ZO-Connect server which is connected to the rest of the customers locations through secure IPSec or Site2Site tunnels.

IPSec Connectivity - The ZO-Connect system can also termination IPSec tunnels so that our customers can easily connect to vendors and their customers via standard IPsec tunnels. This centralized connectivity via the ZO-Connect hub means that fewer overall IPSec tunnels are required as all branch office sites can utilize the single tunnel from the ZO-Connect hub.

CloudDMZ (Extended LAN) - ZeroOutages utilizes the OpenVPN client to deliver remote access for our customers. OpenVPN is an open source, but highly secure, and widely available platform. Clients are available for Microsoft Windows, Apple MAC, Linux, as well as both Apple and Andriod smartphones. Remote users can install this client and then connect back to the ZO-Connect server which is connected to the rest of the customers locations through secure Internet tunnels.
