SD-WAN Appliance

ZeroOutages SD-WAN offering includes an onsite appliance which comes pre-configured and ready to go, the appliance sits in front of an existing firewall solution and ensures complete ISP link management, balancing, and automated failover/failback. The service incorporates a virtual IP address to make VoIP and UCaaS failover is seamless, without the end-users having to reboot phones or PBX systems during a network outage situation. The virtual IP address works across all Internet circuits and stays the same no matter which link is in use. A dedicated virtual IP address can also be used for inbound connectivity for VPNs, RDP, or other services.

ZeroOutages Virtual IP Services

ZeroOutages enables partners to deploy virtual IP services without having to deploy any new equipment or perform any onsite installation. The VIP Service integrates with the Sophos XG firewall to quickly provide a customer with automated network redundancy for VoIP, UCaaS and other mission critical cloud applications. Understanding that standard failover does not work for VoIP due to IP address changes between Internet Service Providers (ISPs) this solution ensures that the same public IP address is always utilized and it takes less than 15 minutes to setup.
