The simplest calculation is to take an average white colar salary, add the amount of annual production per worker, and the divide that by the amount of hours employed by said worker. Based on this calculation, the base cost per employee is approximately $80/hour. Now in some businesses that amount may be higher or lower, but this is a good average.
