Priority Change Requests

ZeroOutages change management allows updates during maintenance windows or during emergencies.

When customers need to make changes to their existing service ZeroOutages support team can process those changes immediately or during the next scheduled maintenance period. Our standard maintenance periods are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings after 6pm local standard time. If customers require immediate changes to their service, they can request an emergency change. If the customers service does not include this level service, a customer still make the request however they may be subject to an additional one-time charge.
