Our ZeroOutages service is designed to provide customer's with reliable and accelerated access to cloud-based applications. The service utilizes multiple broadband links at the customers location to create an optimized "virtual pipeline" back to their cloud application provider. This "virtual pipeline" is aggregated across each of the available connections (DSL, cable, wireless, T1, Ethernet) and can automatically failover in the event of a network outage for 99.999% uptime.
How Does The Service Work?
The ZeroOutages service works by creating a "virtual pipeline" between your office and your data center, or your cloud-application provider's data center. Using this "virtual pipeline" traffic can be send simultaneously across multiple broadband connections to the data center.
This pipeline is also able to accelerate the traffic and optimize it for faster downloads and improved responsiveness. Finally the pipeline has built-in automated failover and failback capabilities which ensure that in the event of an ISP outage at your office, your critical cloud-based applications continue to function normally.
