ZeroOutages' has developed a program which allows our agents to resell our service to their customers by bundling the service with their own broadband circuits and offering the bundle to their customers.

Agents are finding new solutions every day to offer to their customers:

- Cloud Computing Services (centralized hosting)
- Online Data Backup Services
- and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
Our services can easily be deployed with these new solutions, and it makes sense to add our services to these solutions as in general they require high availability and redundancy.
Adding redundancy to these types of solutions makes your offerings more attractive as you are providing your customers with the reliability and assurance they are looking for when considering the deployment of these solutions.
What to bundle?
Typically our agents bundle our services with one or more secondary/backup link(s):
- Secondary Broadband Connectivity (DSL, cable, wireless)
- Backup T1, Frame Relay, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, Fiber
When "white labeling" our services you are essentially combining the circuits you already sell with our Managed Internet Reliability and Load Balancing services.
How are these bundles/packages priced?
When reselling our services within a bundle it is up to the agent to determine the price they want to give to the end-user. ZeroOutages will simply charge our list price less any agent discounts to the agent.
Many agents are able to bundle multiple services into a single package and thus maximize the total price point, and obtain higher margins while at the same time providing optimal customer satisfaction.

ZeroOutages has a number of marketing materials which can be customized by our agents in order to offer them as "white label" or bundled services. ZeroOutages provides all of these materials to our agents at no cost for editing and reproduction.
Simply change the contact information on the brochure and/or white paper and explain how these service features are part of a complete package.
