T1 / Broadband Load Balancing & Redundancy
Our base service binds your existing ISP link to our highly reliable ZeroOutage connection to produce faster downloads and a more reliable connection to the Internet.
This turn-key service includes everything required in order to increase speeds and ensure uptime in the event of a network outage on your primary link. In addition this solution includes full network monitoring, automated usage reporting, and SLA monitoring.
Connection speeds will vary based on your location and choice of the secondary broadband link (i.e. DSL or wireless service).

"Bring Your Own" by ZeroOutages
With this service, you obtain your own secondary broadband connection and ZeroOutages will provide the aggregation, redundancy, management, and monitoring for your links, make sure that your bandwidth is optimally balanced between the links and provide automated failover in the event of a link outage.
This service option is perfect for those that wish to obtain a link option which we do not provide or obtain a level of bandwidth not provided by our services.
Nation-Wide DSL Service by ZeroOutages (Up to 5Mbps downloads)
Customers that are looking for both redundancy and added bandwidth can utilize our nation-wide DSL service to fulfill these requirements. This always-on service is available in most metro areas nation-wide and provides unlimited connectivity to the Internet with up to 5Mbps of download capacity and up to 768Kbps of upload capacity.
Nation-Wide Backup Wireless Service by ZeroOutages (Up to 3Mbps downloads)
Many customers are looking to ensure redundancy in the event that their primary Internet connection goes down. Our wireless service provides a highly reliable non-wireline connection to ensure 99.999% uptime in the event of an outage. This service provides up to 3Mbps of download capacity and up to 768Kbps of upload capacity. This redundancy service has a monthly usage cap of 2GB.
This service works well with any existing T1 and/or other wireline service to deliver greater reliablility for your Internet connectivity. Inbound Balancing (Server Link Load Balancing)
Our Inbound Balancing services provide both inbound and outbound link load balancing across your primary link and our secondary link for increased throughput which delivers faster downloads and better responsiveness. This service does not include DNS manipulation, add the ActiveDNS service for those options.
This service includes Best Path Routing and application routing support with a monthly change request handled by our 24/7 NOC support team.

ActiveDNS / ActiveDNS-Geo (DNS-Based URL Manipulation)
Our ActiveDNS service is designed to provide full server failover and redundancy in the event that the primary WAN connection for our customer's datacenter should fail. With this service if your primary Internet link should fail, all inbound server requests will be immediately and automatically re-routed to the secondary or backup Internet connection provided by ZeroOutages.com. Setup failover for up to ten domains per ActiveDNS account. Inbound Balancing is required for server load balancing.
This service utilizes our ActiveDNS technology which provides on the fly management of DNS information. By managing DNS in real-time ZeroOutages is able to instantly and automatically switch inbound server connections from one Internet connection to another without the need for BGP, AS numbers, or other advanced networking protocols (as required by other datacenter redundancy solutions). This is a plug-and-play solution completely managed by the experts here at ZeroOutages.com.
Network Reporting Service
Any service can be upgraded with our network reporting service. This services provides a standard 3D graphical report to our customers on a weekly basis. This three page report includes a summary of the customer network usage along with graphical reports showing top users, top applications, top websites accessed, WAN utilization, total network usage, as well as SLA reports showing how each of your WAN link is performing. Know exactly what is happening on your network.
Server Monitoring / Alerting
Any service can be upgraded with our server monitoring service. With this service our customers can continuously monitor their internal facing servers 24/7 without opening up any security holes on your firewall or installing any additional software (as required by external services). This service also provides full monitoring of Internet facing servers by our data centers to immediately report on any outage detected via email, SMS, or direct to your phone (additional /mo.). Always know the status of your servers and how they are performing.
Bandwidth Equalization Services
Any service can be upgraded with our traffic shaping service. This services gives our customers the ability to automatcially even out bandwidth when there is high usage and classify/prioritize application traffic going out both their existing primary WAN link and any secondary links provided by ZeroOutages.com. This service is highly useful for those companies that wish to limit unwanted network traffic in order to save bandwidth resources and wish to prioritize critical traffic like SaaS, VoIP, Citrix, etc.
Site-to-Site Public/Private Network Failover
This service can be used to provide failover services for private networks. When a private network connection fails, the ZeroOutages service will automatically re-establish connectivity to the remote site via an encrypted tunnel. This capability does require ZeroOutages' service at both locations.
NOTE: The bandwidth rates shown for the packages above are subject to DSL link distance and wireless signal interference, thus these speeds can not be guaranteed and in some areas may be significantly less than the stated maximum connection speed possible, however the reliability and the ability to offload applications is not affected by either of these conditions.
