How Do ZeroOutages Solutions Work?
ZeroOutages is unique in how it delivers its Internet redundancy and load balancing services. Our transparent switching technology is placed between your existing LAN network and your primary Internet link. The installation, in most cases, is 100% transparent to the existing infrastructure so no IP addressing changes are required.
Our solution is based on Vector Routing, an applied patent technology developed by our parent company XRoads Networks. This technology enables our on-site switch to redirect both outbound and inbound traffic on the fly between any active Internet link.
The transparent switch also communicates with our NOC to obtain the latest routing updates in order to assist in determining the Best Path Route for each outbound connection. No other service provides this level of wide-area network monitoring and management.

WAN Load Balancing / Internet Load Balanicng
ZeroOutages combines your primary link with our secondary link to enable WAN load balancing (which is to say it takes each Internet link and load balances traffic across the connections). Through this process ZeroOutages is able to improve network performance, and ensure redundancy in the event that either of the ISP links fail.
Our installations typically take less than 15 minutes.
