Cloud Prioritization
The ZeroOutages service creates a "virtual" MPLS connection between our customers network and the cloud-service providers which they utilize for their mission critical applications. This "virtual" MPLS connection ensures faster and more responsive connectivity for end-users.
The following diagram demonstrates how our "virtual" MPLS connections not only speed up critical cloud-based services, but also prioritize those services over other non-critical Internet applications.
By prioritizing the traffic the ZeroOutages service is able to improve overall application responsiveness. As all Internet traffic is using the same connectivity, it is important to designate which traffic is mission critical and which is not. The ZeroOutages service does this by managing the Internet bandwidth in order to ensure high priority for cloud-based applications.
